A variety of good news at the warmup….

Adams is working on making himself leaner. The longest journey still begins with first steps. Maybe he is getting better health advice.

Pham has new contacts and nutrition.

Moss is able to make himself stronger unlike last winter.

The cards have hired a doctor to help advise on performance. This sounds more holistic, the sum of health versus sub elements.

The team is looking to be more aggressive this year on international signings. This could produce some high profile signings.

We are on the prowl for another catcher with ml experience. Good.

Moss said he stepped up production at the age of Matt Adams, a good point. Adams could ramp it up.

Moss does whiff a lot. Adams is a better hitter with a short stroke. It probably helps relieve pressure for the men to share the position.

I now better understand moss was held down the pass two years with a hip injury. If he can rehab and build strength, he might be able to improve in 2016.

Both Rizzo of the Cubs and Brandon Moss were left swingers drafted by the Red Sox out of high schools, in the round 6!to 10 range. The Red Sox used to unearth talent.
