Get Six Months for Price of One at The Cardinal Nation

I rarely use this blog to directly trump up business (see what I did there?) for TheCardinalNation.com. Given the site is my primary source of income, perhaps I should do it more often.

At any rate, today is one of those rare occurrences.

On Wednesday, June 17th only, we are running a “six months for the price of one” promotion. This is without question the most aggressive offer we have ever made. So if you have been on the fence about subscribing to The Cardinal Nation, today is the day.

You will receive full access for the remainder of the regular season, the post-season and right through the Winter Meetings.

For more details on the offer and what you get with your membership, click here. Or if you are ready to give us a try, this link will take you directly to the sign-up page. When there, click the “1-month pass” option and that is it – no special code is required.

For those who are already members, I very much appreciate your continued support.

Cards feeble offense fails again today. The tide could be turning and Pirates could be smelling blood. Not time to panic………………..but it`s obvious sitting on the hands and waiting for Holliday another month or so should not be a option.Like BM said “why is Kozma here?’ Ed Easley ?.Matheny keeps sending Jay out there several times a week when he is clearly the 4th OF.TTony Cruz is hopeless.Cards hitters acting like the 1968 White Sox without the speed part.Pitiful.Save the season before it`s too late .

We do have too much dead weight on the roster. Easley, Kozma, Bourjos and Harris ane not carrying their own weight. Whether it is MM’s refusal to utilize them or their own uselessness, they are taking up space. Jay at least has the potential to be useful if he gets hot, but who knows if he will.

Easley has not gotten a shot,Bourjos is still better than JJay.Harris adequate mostly.Kozma is just a defensive specialist which Cards can not carry in this time of need.Cruz simply is inadequate offensively and defensively.Cruz wonks might say he is versatile and I will agree; He`s poor at several positions. The pitching staff will bend and finally break trying to carry trhis feeble offense.
