MLB Network joins the many in celebrating the life and career on Stan Musial as St. Louisan Bob Costas and writer/broadcaster Tom Verducci host “MLB Network Remembers: Stan Musial.” The special will air initially at 8 p.m. Central tonight, January 24.
The one-hour program will include interviews and game film highlights from Musial’s playing career, plus comments from a handful of baseball notables, including his former St. Louis Cardinals teammate Bob Gibson, along with Hank Aaron and Jim Kaat.
“MLB Network Remembers: Stan Musial” will air a second time at noon Central on Friday and again at the same time on Saturday. If you can’t catch it then, set your DVR for what should be a solid production.
