10 Cardinals games to reach bigger audience

FOX Network and ESPN schedules for 2013 involving the St. Louis Cardinals have been announced.

The St. Louis Cardinals will appear on national or regional television at least 10 times in 2013 on either FOX Network or ESPN. Eight of the 10 announced games are road contests, including the final two of the four games at Chicago’ Wrigley Field leading up to the All-Star Break.

ESPN network’s schedule of two games is for the first half only, while FOX’s slate is through July. MLB Network will also add its slate of games later. In 2012, they announced each month’s schedule just prior.

St. Louis Cardinals 2013 Regional/National Games (times Central)

April 6: 3 P.M. at San Francisco (FOX)

April 21: 7 P.M. at Philadelphia (ESPN)

May 4: 3 P.M. at Milwaukee (FOX)

May 25: 6 P.M. at Los Angeles (FOX)

June 1: 6 P.M. vs. San Francisco at St. Louis (FOX)

June 8: 6 P.M. at Cincinnati (FOX)

June 22: 6 P.M. vs. Texas at St. Louis (FOX)

July 13: 6 P.M. at Chicago (FOX)

July 14: 7 P.M. at Chicago (ESPN)

July 27: 2 P.M. at Atlanta (FOX)

    I’ll bet somebody picks up one of the Cards/Angels games in July. Maybe the one on the 4th.
