    Lopez 2B

    Ludwick RF

    Pujols 1B

    Holliday LF

    Freese 3B

    Molina C

    Rasmus CF

    Ryan SS

    Wainwright P

What choices did he really have? He seems more intent on making Miles a Non-threat than trying to stimulate any production from him………that is probably a mistake. Lopez is in no shape to play short I guess, as I’m sure Miles joins him in the unprepared category.

Must disagree with you about Seattle and Oakland Brian. That depends on match ups I think but we are capable of struggling against those teams. They play a different style. Both are capable of scoring runs early which is always a problem for ST Louis.

Colby’s throw was on-the-money! ‘Twas late through no fault of his own, but only because of the time it took for the ball to arrive in the outfield and the speed of Milwaukee’s Hart…

  4. CardFanSince57 says:

Our young strike-out king showed some patience, hey?

  5. CardFanSince57 says:

With RISP, Ryan Ludwick is the BEST in the National League!

  6. CardFanSince57 says:

With great patience, David took the count deep and was called out on an arguable “strike”!

Before I begin to respond to myself, I’m signing-off. If Adam stays on top of his game, we’ll certainly win this one. Enjoy it, guys!

    I’m here 57…….

RC………..Colby’s swing looks better tonight. Getting an earlier bat release as is Albert it seems. With his hips open like that he is incredibly fast It looks good/better. He needs to change up his swing aspiration at times though. With two strikes he needs to keep his hands in the Zone longer. He isn’t even thinking of left field.

Albert has change some things…….much more around the body with better extension……he is missing, but that is one of the cures for his front shoulder.

  9. WestCoastbirdWatcher says:

See, that was a nice paced swing on the breaking pitch…..a little hitch but he kept his balance and loaded up……bang.

  10. CardFanSince57 says:

With Adam having taken care of the Brewers and the Nationals having taken care of the Reds, we’re back to where we are supposed to be!

  11. WestCoastbirdWatcher says:

It was a good game 57……..even Albert with his scowl had a better swing tonight even though they really pitched around him I thought…… Colby is showing some focus………..I think we deserve all the credit here for taking the time to rag on him all week……….
