In what appears to be a changing of the guard move, Fred Hanser, 67, stepped down from Vice Chairman to a Director position. His replacement, Mike Whittle, joined the Cardinals after leaving the same law firm with which Hanser was affiliated, Armstrong Teasdale.

Swear on a stack of bibles I just read this, by a guy named Ben Nicholson-Smith on the MLBRumors site, I did a cut and paste so its right:
