		<description>I agree with Nutlaw.  We cannot take our earthly things along with us.    
The justice to an auction approach is this allows the person willing to pay the most for the items to take over stewardship.   This may be the best bet for their preservation going forward (though be it added, few bets in life are a sure thing).</description>
